Do you offer tastings or events at your store?

Yes, we regularly host tastings featuring different spirits. Be sure to check out our tasting listings!

May I return an item once it has been purchased?

No. Morganton ABC Board has it in policy that returns are not accepted once the product leaves the store.

What forms of identification are accepted ?

North Carolina only recognizes four (4) accepted forms of identification that you can use to purchase alcoholic beverages. They are:

A valid driver’s license with the photograph of the person making the purchase.
A U.S. Military Identification with a photograph of the person making the purchase.
An official State of North Carolina Identification card with a photograph of the person making the purchase.
An official passport issued by any nation with a photograph of the person making the purchase.

How many ABC stores are there in North Carolina?

As of January 2026, there are approximately 451 ABC stores in North Carolina.

Do you sell empty boxes?

Yes. We sell them for .10 cents per box, or a full load of boxes (20 or more) for $2.00.

Drive to the backside of the building, and ring the doorbell located to the right of the door and we will assist you.
