Vodka Based Cocktails

•  Vodka: 2 oz (Premium, unflavored recommended)
• Coffee Liqueur: 1/2 to 1 oz 
• Espresso: 1 oz (Freshly brewed)
• Simple Syrup: 1/4 to 1/2 oz (to taste)
• Garnish: 3 coffee beans 

•  2 oz Citrus Vodka (or regular vodka)
• 3/4 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (about 1/2 a lemon)
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• Ice
• Garnish: Granulated sugar (for rim) and lemon twist/wedge

• 2 oz Vodka (Citron vodka is often preferred for more citrus flavor)
• 1 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
• 1 oz Cranberry juice cocktail
• 1 oz Fresh lime juice
• Ice
• Orange twist or lime wheel for garnish

•  2 oz Vodka
• 0.5 – 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 – 6 oz Ginger beer (not sold at ABC stores)
• Ice
• Lime wedge/wheel, for garnish
• Optional: Fresh mint sprig

• 2 oz Vodka 
• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur 
• 1 oz Heavy Cream (or half-and-half)
• Ice

• 1.5 oz.Orange Juice
• 1.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
• Ice
• Garnish: Orange slice, maraschino cherry
