GIN BASED COCKTAILS

Refreshing clear cocktail with lemon slice and cherry garnish.

2 oz Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 to 1 oz Simple syrup
Top off with Club Soda
Garnish: Lemon wheel

2 1/2 oz of Gin
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
Ice
Shake together and strain
Garnish Lime wheel

Bee's Knees

2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey syrup (honey and hot water 1:1)
Shake and strain.
Garnish: Lemon twist
