GIN BASED COCKTAILS
Tom Collins
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 oz Simple syrup
- Top off with Club Soda
- Garnish: Lemon wheel
Gimlet
- 2 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- Ice
- Shake together and strain
- Garnish Lime wheel
Bee's Knees
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Honey syrup (honey and hot water 1:1)
- Shake and strain.
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Hanky Panky
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes of Fernet-Branca
- Ice
- Stir and strain
- Garnish: Orange twist
