- 6-10 Fresh Mint Leaves (muddled)

- For a smoother cocktail, substitute Bourbon
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 2-3 dashes Bitters
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry

- 1 Tablespoon Honey (Maple Syrup also works well)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 4.1/2 - 5 oz. Hot water
- Garnish: Lemon wheel, Cinnamon stick, Star anise if you're fancy :)
