- Lime: 1/2 a lime squeezed
- Sweetener: 1/2 oz simple syrup (sugar water)
- Rum: 1 1/2 – 2 oz White Rum
- Soda: Club soda or sparkling water to top
- Ice: Crushed ice preferred

- Soda: 4 - 5 oz. Ginger Beer
- Juice: 1/2 oz lime juice
- Ice: Cubed
- Garnish: Lime wheel
Mai Tai

- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum (for float)
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- Garnish: lime wheel
- Garnish: Mint sprig and lime whee
Pina Colada
- 2 oz White Rum
- 2 oz Cream of Coconut
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks (adds texture)
- 1 cup Ice
- Blender
Frozen Daiquiri
- 2 oz. White Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Blend for frozen daiquiri.
- Make it your own by adding fresh or frozen fruit.
Cherry Surprise
- 4-5 oz lemonade
- 2 oz Cherry Rum
- Splash of Grenadine
- Garnish: Maraschino cherries
- Shake and serve
